Theme Development Workshop

Purpose
Theme Development Workshops are very informal meetings held in the Institute’s conference rooms typically over a period of up to 4 hours and are closed to all but invited participants. The sessions, which often lead to Exploratory Workshop applications, allow UBC researchers to come together with colleagues across the campus to share initial ideas on researching a particular theme.

Funding
The meeting venue and a light meal are provided.

Deadline
There is no formal application. Requests may be made to the Director of the Institute at any time during the year.
