Mark Beauchamp

Mark received his undergraduate degree from the University of Exeter (UK), a Master’s from Queen’s University (Canada) and his Ph.D. from the University of Birmingham (UK). His research primarily focuses on the social psychology of groups within health, exercise, and sport settings. He has published his research in a variety of journals such as the Annals of Behavioral Medicine, Journal of Sport and Exercise Psychology, and the Journal of Health Psychology. He is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS), and is Associate Editor for Psychology and Health. He is on the editorial boards for four other journals including Health Psychology (APA), Journal of Sport and Exercise Psychology, Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology (APA), and Sport and Exercise Psychology Review (BPS).
