Dr. Teresa Liu-Ambrose, PhD, PT, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy, and Director the Aging, Mobility and Cognitive Function Laboratory. She is a Canada Research Chair (Tier II) in Physical Activity, Mobility, and Cognitive Neuroscience. Her research program focuses broadly on defining the role of targeted exercise training to improve the health and quality of life of older adults. In particular, her research program aims to optimize function among those most vulnerable to both physical and cognitive decline.
