Come and learn about the challenges of implementing complex, multi-party, collaborative agreements. Join a group of leading practitioners and scholars from Canada, the U.S., Sweden, Israel and beyond who are exploring what happens when parties try to deliver on a negotiated deal ‘after the ink is dry.’ Examples featured will include those from the Great Bear Rainforest, the Ktunaxa territory, Kauai and Chesapeake Bay. This event will feature an interactive performance led by the Vancouver Playback Theatre.
