Join award winning author, activist, and academic Raj Patel, presented by UBC Reads Sustainability, in partnership with the Peter Wall Institute for Advanced Studies, UBC Liu Institute for Global Issues and the Centre for Sustainable Food Systems at UBC Farm, as Raj shares some of the best and most surprising innovations to address the future of food. With stories from the world’s poorest people – from Peru to Malawi, there’s a great deal of innovation to help us imagine how the world can feed itself by 2050.
