The Wall Catalyst Emeriti cohort meet monthly to share research experience and engage with guest lecturers on the topic of the “Climate and Nature Emergency”. Their guest on Oct 20 is Craig Brown, PhD, the Climate Change and Health Lead at Vancouver Costal Health
Craig Brown
In this public health role as Climate Change and Health Lead for Vancouver Coastal Health, Craig Brown supports climate change adaptation and mitigation projects, with a strong emphasis on community collaboration, equity, and reconciliation. Craig is also an author on national and international climate assessments, including the IPCC Sixth Assessment report, and an associate faculty member at Royal Roads University in the Master of Arts in Climate Action Leadership program.
Members of the UBC Emeritus College and the general public are invited to attend a lecture by the guest speaker. There will be a question period following the presentation.
